Insure or not?

It is appalling to see a reputable company hiring an *********** ****, hoping he'd uphold the standards and integrity of their brand. In this case, none of that was witnessed. We visited your Centurion office about a week or two ago.. we needed policy information at the behest of The Master of the High Court. We were promised an email would arrive in 48 hours, it never did. We contacted him (consultant), both my sister and myself, I could not reach him. The sad part was he couldn't even register what we were asking for, we repeated it numerous times. He made calls enquiring about our request, we believed it would be handled. Afterall.. this is a reputable company. My sister called after our visit and was blatantly **** to about the email being sent... Lies. We happened to pay their office a visit again today to obtain what he could not provide. When I confronted him about his lack of empathy or work ethic, he said I was disrespectful to him. Please forgive us Momentum for trying to utilise the very service you claim is within your business model. You hired Themba Ngwenya at your Centurion office to tarnish and drag your brand through the dirt. Congratulations. I have proof of these allegations, my details are in this profile.
