INSURANCE ****S THE PUBLIC

I have a policy which states that the monthly premium on this policy should never be increased, however for the past years they have sent notice s of increase to my monthly payment

I tried to contact a lady Noleen Hendricks but the lady (Kia) at the switchboard said that it cannot be done She advised me that I must resend the documents which I did--- however now a week further - no answer ? Trying since July to get someone to answer me ...how can they increase your premium but not increase your insured life policy amount ??????
