Insulted by momentum

I regret doing business with momentum, I am saved money for 5 years and they told me that I was told from the beginning that I would get less than I saved (eg save 20000 and get 17000 out), I mean if this is not an insult I don't know what it is. Who in their right mind saves money to lose it? If this was unpacked at the beginning of the contract I wouldn't have signed up. this information was hidden from me. I feel super cheated
