Inefficiency personified

I was retrenched on 31/08/2025. My forms were submitted to the fund on 20/08/2025. Funds at work has a 26 day SLA. I received the first form of communication on the 20th of September 2025. Mind you in the in 1st and only communique they said they'd send me a link. Link never came. I called and asked how long the process would take, they said 26 days. How can the 26 days start now when you received my documentation on 20/08/2025. This is absolutely unacceptable. Why was my forms with you for a month and you did nothing? This process needs to be expedited because it is not my fault that your sleeping on the job. Please fix this asap!
