Incorrect refund!!!

I make reference to the previous hellopeter complaint. The life cover taken was for one purpose and one purpose only and that was for the bank's security! The REASON FOR CESSION!!! Our obligation towards the bank was settled in early March 2015. Momentum....do not take what is not yours just because there is a debit order against the account. No cover was necessary after we had completed our obligation towards the bank...you were informed!!! The fact that paper work between you and the bank is sloppy does not mean I must be peanalised!!!! You credited only one payment of all the payments made....all the other payment are refundable!!! GET IT RIGHT!!! I DO NOT HAVE TO DO THIS ON HELLOPETER!!!
