Incorrect payout

To whom it may concern:<br> <br> I have a policy with Momentum since 1984. I am due to get a payout now in 2016. I was expecting a payout of approximately R100 000. When I inquired about the payout I received a calculated figure of approximately R17 000. This is due to a loan of R8000.00 that was taken in the year 2001.<br> <br> I have spoken to several people at the call center on numerous occasions requesting a statement indicating how the payout was calculated and I have yet to receive a statement. <br> <br> I am a pensioner and with great difficult i kept the policy up to date with payments. It is very disappointing to note that after being a client for 31 years this is how I am treated.<br> I was relying on that payout to support my wife & myself. I feel complete taken advantage off and due to my limited resources I am not being take seriously. <br>
