Incorrect fund value being confirmed for paid up certificate

I am really frustrated by Nombuyiselo Sithole the Fund administrator of my previous employer's fund. I left the services of my former employer on the 23rd of February 2024 and till today the 20th March my February pension fund contributions are still not reflected in my fund value. I pointed this out to Nombuyiselo when she sent me an enquiry on the 15th of March about the missing contribution and requested her to do an investigation why my contributions were still not allocated. I also called Momentum on Monday the 18th of March enquiring about this and received an emailed response from Kgomotso Mailula indicating that the missing contribution was due to the employer not having confirmed the recon and once that has been done the contribution will be allocated. Today the 20th of March I have received a paid up certificate signed by Tania Bakker the Principal Officer with the incorrect fund value, stating that this has been verified to be correct at the time of signing like what kind of nonsense is this!
