Inconsistent, time wasted

Why am I still waiting for my Provient Fund after 3 months? I am constantly being told to wait 21 days, 26 days, but then told its closed, but it's still open.... all of this confusion due to the inconsistency of this company. Nobody seems to know what is happening, I have submitted all of my information... what do I do now?
