Can you believe it. Write an email to make Change of Residence Address, Stop 5% annual increase, id number, etc., call me to confirm, then get new documentation which is wrong!. What else must I do, if written and telephonic confirmation, still goes wrong! I suppose, the people did not pass school and cannot read or write and that for a company that works with policies, Life Insurance, etc.
