*********** disgraceful Organization

I had 2 policies with momentum 2016, I decided to terminate both of them, my policy advisor showed me flames when I decided to cancel. His name is Cyprian Motsamai.. I got half of my investments & when I asked where is the other half he told me he doesn't know, I realised I just got ****** by momentum & decided to look beyond it...2017 decided to go back & invest to this stupid organization decided to terminate once again in November, Guess what my policy advisor John Hene disappeared without any trace..sent a lot of emails with no response...I now started dealing with multiple people who sent same documents requesting I fill & sign them of which I did, but other multiple people would sent same docs so I ended up doing the very same thing over and over again...until everything was set & sealed I was told so...last Friday on the 29th I call the contact centre to find out where is my money...I spoke to a gentleman named Thabo who confirmed that everything is done he is sorry there's been a delay from momentum side unfortunately my funds won't be disbursed on that very same Friday but on the 2nd of Jan 2018. I call in today and I speak to a gentleman named Ben Naicker guess what he is requesting for documents I sent a month ago *** i explain to him & he is telling me that this termination is on hold because of those documents. Am I a fool or what. On the 31st they debited my account how? I don't know coz I cancelled with them. I urge any1 who has anything at momentum to abort mission, they are corn artists, incompent organization that treats customers that brings business like ****. I want my money & I have already communicated with their complaints department the ****py one, and I am taking this to the ombudsman. *****ba Dlaba
