Incompetency of Multiply consultant.

I was liaising with a consultant from Momentum multiply. She gave me a list of items and told me if i join multiply and complete these tasks i would get a R1000 cashback. I have completed all these tasks and still didn't receive the cashback. Now Multiply tells me i didn't receive a cash back because i didn't do a certain task which i was not told about. I have the list on my email which was completed. Why must i pay for an *********** consultant. I want my cash back. Her name is Lindiwe Jiya
