Incompetency and poor service from Taariq
For a reputable company such as Momentum,I must say that I’m highly disappointed with the service and treatment that I got from Taariq at their *** ******* has been promising to call in regards with my pension payout.Everyday there’s a new excuse with me.If it’s not the system then it’s his I.T departmen***** been over a month now that he’s being promising to disinvest my payout.With other companies it takes merely 10 days for the process so I don’t get what’s taking Momentum so long.These are hard financial times for everyone and we have obligations to meet.Please look into this matter,I can’t be begging you for my own money!!!!
