Incompetence and poor service received

I had resigned at my my previous employer on the *** was told that the claim was to start disinvesting once Amazon has paid the last premium to them. The money was then received on the 11/09/2024 I was then advised that the payment will take 5-7 working days and today is the 7th day and I still haven’t received my payout. I call them every single day to find out what is happening with my claim, I send emails too and the last resort was when I messaged one of the administrators who were assigned to assist from Momentum she still hasn’t responded. On each of the calls that I keep making the agents are not able to provide me a definite answer as what is going on the claim that just say it’s with the IT department and they don’t know what the turnaround time is to resolve it. Nobody is helping me in resolving this issue and I have resorted to this extent to get the help that I need as all of my colleagues who resigned the same time as me have received their payouts

All I received was an email stating “I escalated your claim and requested the administrator follow up with IT and ensure the issue is urgently resolved. We regrettably do not have a turnaround for the error resolution, as we are dependent on the IT team investigation and processes. Your claim is being prioritized and processed with urgency.” My question is how would one not know the turn around time of IT department because each company has a set SOP around the turnaround time for each department but with a company as HUGE AS MOMENTUM they don’t and on each call I initiate I get told a different story what is exactly going on? I need this matter to be resolved ASAP
