Inappropriate deceit

Have had a momentum unit trust with FNB updated them accordingly with FICA not sure why or who is gateway tracing requesting FICA again as you are well aware of ****s . Please check the POPIA act especially where one FICA is compliant. Have reported with FNB as investment for this momentum unit trust is with FNB as they say you in turn say them. And I am the middleman kicked from pillar to post it's inappropriate...a gateway tracing department called me requesting same FICA already submitted to you. Please check and advise cannot visit all your departments after having wasted time on calls and in branch already. Thank you for the continued inconvenience.
