Inaccurate Multiply points allocation and no response upon enquiry more than a week ago

No response from Multiply in the last week of December with regards to allocating Multiply points to reach Private Club status. I completed two tasks which were supposed to earn me more than enough points to reach Private Club status for this year. However those points were not allocated - my email communications with regards to both queries also remains unanswered as of today, 9 days later!!!
