IMPOSSIBLE TO GET ANY SERVICE TO GET TAX CERTFICATES

I am the executor of an estate and am trying to get 3 2020 IT3 tax certificates from Momentum Annuities. They did send them to me but the files were damaged. I have sent 5 emails for each investment requesting the documents and all 5 times I have received a receipt. I phoned on Monday and a lady named Rachel promised to send them immediately - nothing has been sent. I phoned again this morning and Marshia promised to get a senior manager to call me. Nobody has called.
