I JUST NEED SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME

I ordered an item on 15 December 2017. I remained patient, because I know everyone is frantic over the Christmas period BUT 15 DAYS FOR A 'LOCAL' DELIVERY IS ABSURD!

I eventually got worried and checked on the system that my order "awaits courier pickup". It has been like that since 23 December 2017 (when I last checked). I contacted them through: ********** on 26 Dec 2017. On 27 Dec, I received a phone call asking if I received my order. I said no and I got told that they will follow up and it will be sorted out. On the 28th of Dec, I got a request from Nonhlanhla Lediga via email, asking for my ID number, etc that they can follow up. I sent my ID......and now I am still waiting for ANY response. ANYTHING?? I JUST NEED TO KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON!! My order number is: ********** 45
