I have closed my Multiply membership, and I have R193 on the multiply money and I have closed the membership in February and I have been waiting for multiply money to deposit the money into my bank account, no one has get back to me, everytime I call them

I have closed my Multiply membership, and I have R193 on the multiply money and I have closed the membership in February and I have been waiting for multiply money to deposit the money into my bank account, no one has get back to me, everytime I call them they take me pillar to post, we're now in July I haven't received my money. Everytime I call it's either they can't see my email or there's something new I need to submit. Please help
