I got a policy with them,which the person did died,now they refuse payout, because I'm not blood family
I got a policy with them,which the person did died,now they refuse payout, because I'm not blood family. They never told me that when I took out the policy, never send me any paperwork, but claim no they did,that's a lie.please help me to get my claim.that was the deceased last wish .
