I CANT TRUST YOU - CANCEL MY POLICY

I requested a quotation online, then Momentum Broker was very quick to call me. The broker took my details, and gave me the price.

I then asked him to email me the written quotation so that I make sure that my details are correct and the amount quoted is correct, but all of the sudden my policy became active AND GUESS WHAT, my details are not correct!!!!!

I then sent multiple emails to *** as well as to *** requesting them to cancel my policy ASAP as it got activated without me being aware of it, and it contains errors in my details.

My first request of cancelation was sent on the 1st of July, but up until today no confirmation of the cancelation was sent to me which is very pathetic because you were so quick to call me for a new policy, but very slow to fix your mistakes.

My only request is to cancel the policy *** ASAP
