I app**** for my pension withdrawal on the 2nd January. And this is the 8th week and all I hear is different stories. Katlego who is the administrator even avoids my calls. When I call he tells the other administrators to tell me he is not available or he hangs up on me. The service is very disappointing. I will never hold any policy with Momentum in my life. I have been waiting to the Manager Mathapelo Molosi to call me and no one is taking me seriously. It’s a big joke to them. This is totally unacceptable as I have commitments that need the money and I had expected the money to come through this week. Debits will bounce.
