How does momentum still exist???

I'm writing this email with the greatest dissatisfaction and frustration. Claiming my Provident fund with Momentum has been a pain, I'm sent from pillar to post. When I claimed in Dec I was told I would get paid out first week of January. On the 2nd of January I was promised my money will be in my bank account within 48 hours. Today when I called I'm being told another story about incorrect figures. To top it off there is no communication whatsoever, no call, no email, NOTHING! I'm the one who runs after them as if they're doing me a favour. The reviews on your Facebook page are unbelievable, I don't understand why reputable companies still do business with such an *********** company.
