How can my cholesterol be to low?

I was surprised to find out that even though my cholesterol has barely changed (from 3.35 to 3.19) it is suddenly considered "too low" and I have been given a amber heart score, which has implications for the benefits I will receive under multiply.

When is asked the nurse if my cholesterol is abnormal, she told me absolutely not, it is in the very healthy range and she cannot understand why I am being penalized. All my other levels are also within the optimal range.
