HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE AND STILL WAITING

Trying to get my pension fund from this company has been an absolute nightmare. The call center agents are not all trained to deal with the company I worked for, the online portal for the pension fund withdrawal is an absolute disaster. The admin department that respond to emails are also just something else. There is only one person who has been trying to help me and his name is Pontsho.
