Horrible Service
Dear Hellopeter . I am completely disgusted vir the service at Momentum Corporate. I submitted a death claim on my late brother's Pension Plan almost two months ago. I have had endless problems with the processing of this claim after I provide all required information to the assessor/administrator. She in *********** and lack much knowledge and experience. I am a Pension Specialist myself therefor I made sure that all the required information is provided to speed up the finalization of his claim. My brother is *** and obviously no wife nor dependants/children. What is so complicated? I was the one taking care of him as he was a loner. Momentum insists that they will take 12 months to finalize this case. Why? You have everything you need. They proceed to breach the provisions of the POPIA Act without blinking causing mayhem and discord in our family. Sharing details of the will with unauthorized persons with out consent when this document is regarded as a confidential document. They are arrogant and lack much knowledge as to how to conduct business to the standards required by the Relevant Regulatory Bodies. There is no sense of good client service. There is so much discord in the Death Claims department, lack of proper communication and it seems that a " dont care" attitude exists. Eventually the customer suffers the brunt of this unorganized Department. I get chills think that this is probably what other customers also experience. Does the leaders of this organization have a different understanding of the principle of "Treat Customers Fairly " philosophy? Come on Momentum. I dont know you this way. Many Companies Pension Plans are administered by yourselves; is this the treatment there members receive from your department as well? Shocking in this day and age. Momentum I personally knew your company to be one of the best . Pull up your socks.
