Horrible service

On the 23rd of September till the 30th I was admitted in glynnview hospital but due to some odd reason momentum refused to make payment of my stay and left me with a bill for 31000. I have written more than 2 reviews with regars to this but have had no luck in a resolution.

I was only contacted by a manager who promised to give me feedback but never did. I have been with momentum for more than 3years now and I pay almost 2000 every month, so I dont understand why they cant cover this.

This is making it hard to get better from the depression that I was initially admitted for.
