Horrible financial services provider, the worst!
Momentum is the most horrible financial services provider ever, I don't know why employers choose it to keep our funds! Such poor and unprofessional service. Every time I need assistance from them with regards to my pension it takes a minimum of 2 months to get a response from them, to a point you rather just leave it because the process of getting any information from them is far more frustrating!!
