Horrible Experience Momentum Funds at Work

I am complaining about the Momentum Funds at Work. I resigned at the end of June 2025. I completed the app form for a total cash-out of my provident fund. After completion of tge form, it said that it would take 26 days for payout. On the 5th July, I called the call center to check the progress and was told to call again on Friday as the funds were disinvested on the 4th July. I made a call on Friday, today and was told the funds were still invested and I should call again on Monday, the 11th July 2025
