Horrible company

I have contacted multiple times about my provident fund withdrawal with mindpearl. Everytime i speak to one of your consultants I get a different timeframe and a different explanation. It does not seem like your agents are taught enough about your own products and time frames. It has been 26 business days and I am yet to receive my funds. I dont understand how your process to disinvest funds has taken so long. If I had not called up so many times then my funds would probably still be invested with you. Your customer service is poor. There is no communication given. I have to use my time and my airtime to call to get an update only to be told different things. Your hold times are so long as well. I know I won’t be reimbursed for the airtime spent on these calls although I think its the least you can do! You kept my funds for much longer so your investment on it can increase making extra money off mine along with others’ money! Horrible company. I wanted to reinvest the funds on my own but after what I’ve been through I will not recommend or want to be associated with you! Horrible. Just horrible!
