Heartless Giant Monopoly

As with many South African in this current pandemic, I need access to funds which I previously had set aside for retirement. I am 58 years old and have approximately R300k with Momentum RA. They refuse to give me any of the money claiming that due to the type of policy it’s invested in. The Broker Eric Wendell hasn’t even had the decency to call me to discuss my options. Surely there must be exceptions when life and death are at stake. Interesting if I have less than R125k then I can withdraw that???
