My mother Sharlene Roach is a pension fund client who has not received her pension salary this month. Her Senior Consultant assigned to her Mr Justin Kleinenberg was approached by my elderly mother in a soft but urgent manner. He is condescending and irritated in his behavior and he told he she must wait until he is finished moving before he will even consider helping her. I am trying to establish what warrants him the notion that elderly clients seeking help can cause this reaction. He has been disinterested and very rude by ignoring her calls and pleas for assistance. I tried calling him too but he pretends he can't hear me on the phone. I think we call all deduct the undertones of this particular case , Mr kleinenberg makes it so clear. I sent him a message to kindly ask if the issue is race related? If so then I asked that he declare it? He has yet to respond. I am most shocked by his hard no he is giving to a client assigned to him by momentum to assist with matters relating to her policy. I don't otherwise expect any client to be treated this way. She is so elderly she doesn't even want to report him or complain because she is trying to contact him to make him understand her worth. How sad. He won't even answer his phone and grant her any help or comfort.
