Heart surgery claim rejection

I had heart surgery earlier this year and was booked off work for 4 months momentum claims I was fit to work even though medical professionals said I was not and refused to pay out my claim

Thank you for your posting.

We are unable to trace your policy. Can you please provide us with a policy number or alternatively the department you were dealing with for example Funds@Work, Wealth, Myriad etc.
