Having to wait for ever for my payouts

I've been waiting for over 4years for my payouts, finally a tracing company found me and they paid me my provident fund but now however I'm being to wait again for my pension fund, I don't understand why it has to take so long, every time I call that administrator call center, I always get told that they are still scanning the documents then I will receive my pension, I don't under why I had to fill out the same forms twice, and why it's taking them 3months to now pay my pension as they already have all my information , I think this is just unfair. <div><br></div><div><em>(Supplier name changed from <em>Momentum</em> to Momentum Retirement Administrators by Hellopeter.com)</em></div>
