Happy Customer

On the 18th January 2016, me and my elderly mother went to Momentum to request a pensioner's card. I must commend staff at that company,we were assisted from the parking lot.When security made us park at a normal parking, a lady employee instructed the security to direct us to the disabled parking, seeing that my mother could not use stairs, if it wasn't for her, we would have tried to climb those stairs and it would have taken us maybe 20 minutes to reach the reception door,sorry that I did not take her name,but she was a God sender, thank you.Another young man assisted us from the parking to the reception where we were warmly received by the receptionist Tsholofelo.Within 2 minutes she had already asked John Mitchel to come help us. John took all the details and promised to have the card ready in 20 minutes,within no time he was back and he assisted us back to the parking lot. The attitude of the your staff is amazing, they have compassion and love of what they do. Everyone who assisted us on that day, you are awesome,know that we appreciated everything you did for us, you are real assets to your company. You are taking Momentum to greater heights.
