Good day, I am very disappointed in ur service, I submitted my claim on the 1st March, I have been following up on progress on 2nd March 2026,was told it's with disinvestments, 3rd March followed up, it's with disinvestments, should be completed within 3 days then they will request for tax directive, i called again 4 March 2026,its still with disinvestments, the 1st time I withdraw from 2 pot, within days I was paid out, this is an emergency that I needed to request for funds, so must I now wait 5 days to 14days for funds to be paid out? I have an emergency crisis that I need this money in this week because when I did 1st withdrawal when 2pot 1st came out got the money in 3 days, what is the problem now? I didn't request the money to have a good time with it, i need it ASAP as I'm in a crisis This is not on honestly. Please can I get feedback on this
