Good day. I am writing on behalf of my partner. His father recently passed away and had a Momentum policy where my partner's little girl is beneficiary. My partner and the little girl's mother is currently busy with a custody dispute where she is *******ly withholding him from his child. Now she is insisting that the money from the policy be paid directly into her personal account or a trust where she has full access. Because she is blacklisted and had a lot of outstanding debt, we know that she will use the money to her own benefit. Momentum is being extremely unprofessional and ********* by assisting her. We are getting no help from their legal team
