FundsAtWork - Transfer of funds

I changed jobs over six month ago and had requested for Momentum (FundsAtWork) do a transfer-in of my retirement funds to my new employer and till this date I have not received a finalized communication if this has been done or not. My current employer has followed up and I have also requested feedback - however no communication from Momentum. When will I get feedback and an update of my request???
