For almost a year long I have been struggling to get my pension withdrawn. I phoned in December where the lady told me it had been send to be taxed and today I phoned and had to find out it was never submitted in the first place. I wil NEVER recommended anyone to have a pension with momentum. I am on the stage where i will even move my house insurance to different insurance due to trauma of Momentum taking this long and the lack of communication.
