Funds delayed for no valid reason

i was working for Transnet, i resigned on the 1st March and momentum app**** for tax directive which was declined by sars because they used wrong tax number. i was informed to contact sars and i did so and i was given my correct tax number and i was told momentum should re-apply using the tax number i was given. i contacted momentum andthey said i must write them a letter stating that my matters with sars are resolved and that i was given the correct tax number, i faxed and e-mailed the letter to them. Now that they have to re-apply gor tax directive i can not find the administrator when i call and i am being told the very same reason that i know about tax directive being declined. i dont know how long must i wait, i have a life and debts to pay. surrely momentum do not care about that. i told my husband to cancel all policies we have with momentum.
