Funds at work, withdrawal claim

I have submitted my withdrawal claim at momentum funds at work, around March and it's now August sti haven't received the funds, What's frustrating is that I'm always sending email and calling but the updates are always incorrect.

I have been evicted from the place I was renting and now staying in the car and the bank is now on my case for the car as the grace period has elapsed. I know longer know what to do as this people they just don't care.
