Funds at work withdrawal

My claim was submitted on the 18th of October to withdraw a portion of my pension fund since I have changed companies. The whole process was supposed to be done within 26 business days. I have left numerous messages to the person working on my claim to explain to me what is going on but no feedback received to date.

45 business days passed till 21 December when their offices closed for the festive season.

I am not an unreasonable person, but I do think that Momentum's customers deserve better service than what I am getting currently.
