Funds at work - unprofessional through and through.

I recently contacted Momentum regarding my provident fund pay out on the 2nd January 2020 to be exact. The consultant informed me my address was outstanding which didn't make sense because I filled this in on my form.

Not wanting to be difficult I gave my address freely. On the 3rd of Jan 2020 I spoke to a helpful gentleman. I made this call just to make sure everything was captured correctly. He then confirmed all details were in order, they will now apply for the tax directive. He then confirmed it'll take 5-7 business day to receive my pay out

Today, the 9th Jan 2020. A week later. No payment.

I call to follow up again , just to find out how far the process is and I was then transferred.

The person I spoke to calmy says "It looks like the tax directive hasn't been done". After ALL the follow ups. It was never logged.

This is extremely unprofessional. Firstly, I had to call to find out my address was outstanding. Had I not done that I never would've known. When was Funds at work going to contact me about it?

I do a second follow up to make sure nothing falls through the cracks and guess what? Exactly that happens. I resigned from my position in 2019.

This is disappointing and extremely unprofessional because I even received an email from Funds at work stating "Momentum listens" right after my two calls just for this to happen?

Very very very disappointing.
