Funds At Work TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Momentum Funds at work has to be the worst provident fund ever, i claimed from the fund on the 12th of March 2024, it is now June and still waiting for my claim to be processed, according to the agent the claim is held up internally. I've been told numerous times that they will get back to me but nothing, Sick and tired isn't even the word to describe the situation.
