Funds at Work- Provident fund withdrawal. Emile Hugo
I am appalled and dissatisfied with the service i am receiving from Momentum, or should i rather say from Emile Hugo. I submitted my provident withdrawal form on the 26th of September 2018. On the 10th of October 2018 i took it upon myself to call Momentum to find if they have received anything and to my surprise they advised me nothing has been received on their side. I called Motovantage to find out what happened and Payroll sent me proof that on the 26th of September 2018 the forms were sent and received by Emile Hugo, who did not bother to process the withdrawal or have the decency to respons to an email sent from Motovantage requesting feedback. I had to go back and forth with Momentum until i was advised to forward through the forms myself to the relevant department. Last week i called Momentum again to check the progress of my claim, and i was advised September contributions are outstanding. So to my surprise, i liaise with Motovantage and the lady from payroll sends an email to Emile Hugo to find out why the September premiums have not been submitted and requested for feedback and aa usual no response from Emile Hugo. I am frustrated and very very dissatisfied in the level of service i am receiving. I am using my own resources going back and forth in things i am not even supposed to be involved in. Emile Hugo is very unprofessional and it raises questions on the staff you have working there. I need answers and i need them ASAP because i am not even given a turn around time as to when and how far the processing of my claim will take. I need to use my airtime calling in and the person or people working on my claim do not even bother to keep me in the loop. I strongly advise Momentum look into how things are done especially Emile Hugo's work ethic. As a registered FSP, your employee is lacking the basic concept of TCF and if push comes to shove and this is not resolved or should i not receive feedback soon. I will report this, to the FAIS ombudsman.
Thank you for your feedback, a manager will make contact with you.

I have tried to call you, however there is no answer.
The September contribution has been received and this is due by the 7th of the following month being October. Thereafter the money is invested in the fund and then it goes through a disinvestment process.
There is a service agreement with your employer and we are well within the turnaround time as agreed upon by the employer.
Your claim is receiving our attention.
Kind Regards
Sue
