Funds at work provident fund

I at my wits end with Momentum. I changed jobs at the end of 2019 and I withdrew my funds at work umbrella provident fund. I am still not able to do my tax return because Momentum had submitted an incorrect tax directive. After so many months of phoning momentum and phoning Sars. Momentum assuring me that it's been sorted and Sars telling me it has not, finally momentum has figured out that they have submitted an incorrect tax directive. Now that they know what the issue is after a year and now they are in the process of sorting it out and I'm still waiting for a response from them and it's been a month. Phoned them last week they say that they will call me back and they haven't. Every time you phone, you get a different consultant and they say they will get back to you. How long can this go on for seriously. I will never deal with this company again.
