Funds at Work processing

I am terribly disappointed in how Funds at Work has handled my disinvestment, i started this process on the 23 September 2024 and to this date this has still not been finalized. I get no responses and when i call i am put on hold forever and even when i get hold of someone i do not get a concrete response. I thought they were a good company until i saw all these complaints.
