Funds at work payout/NEVER EVER USE MOMENTUM TO HANDLE YOUR PENSIONS FUND

I am so disappointed at the service we received from Momentum funds at work benefit. My baby daddy passed away May 2022 living behind 8 kids. Until today we are still been given a run around about the distribution of the kids benefit and mind you all these kids are minors. Some of the mothers of the beneficiaries are unemployed which all of the kids education,well being and basic needs were met by the deceased. We are now going to the 3rd year since their father passed away and no pay out has been done instead we keep getting excuses after excuses. I'm pleading to every employee at Momentum especially Katlego Baloyi who is now handling the payment process please release the funds. No one seem to care about these kids we as baby mama's we are struggling to make ends meet and nobody seem to care. Now it's festive our kids have to endure the pain of seeing other kids in new clothes enjoying Christmas and other holidays. It's so sad for these kids because when their father alive they never lacked anything now they have to suffer to get their father's hard earned money for what?? After this we going live on all social media platforms we have endured so much pain and delays from Momentum we say enough is enough. Very bad experience we have had with them.
