Funds at work - NO WORK

The frustration of dealing with Momentum "Nomentum" is so infuriating. They always reply with the same answer that the claim can take up to 12 months even though the information and documentation is in their possession. You can even complain on their website and expect no reply. I never thought that there will be a private company that is worse that dealing with government departments. I will move away from "Nomentum" as soon as possible as I wouldn't like to see my loved once suffer as a result of the slowness and lack of accountability of this company paying out claims.
