Funds at work - long overdue
Good day
Can I please have feedback regards to my funds at work.
I sent application form in September.
I have called several times and was advised that forms have been received 30th September 2024 by Katleho Segona.
Was also advised that process is 6 weeks however it's now 10 weeks later but no feedback yet.
When I call they advised that would escalate to Katleho to call me back or send a email however again no communication has been received

I called on Tuesday spoke to Kenneth Louw he advised that he would escalate to Katleho. Again Katleho has not communicating.
I would honestly not recommend Momentum to any of my family members and friends for any financial services.
