Funds at work "IT" delay

Still waiting for feedback on my funds at work provident claim. It's been 6 months of waiting when I was told to 26 working days. I was told it's an "IT" issue but will get sorted.. clearly nothing's being judging from the amount of bad reviews you're receiving. I'm probably going to get a scripted reply that means absolutely NOTHING..😏
